In my role, I am responsible for driving the company’s overall strategy and growth while ensuring that we provide exceptional products and services to our clients across Southeast Asia.
I am passionate about digital transformation and helping businesses in the region leverage technology to drive growth and innovation. Through my extensive experience and deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing businesses in the region, I am committed to helping them succeed.
Neelam S Ojha
Director
With over 10 years of experience in the technology industry, I have a strong track record of harnessing the power of technology to drive business growth and innovation. As a seasoned investor and entrepreneur, my primary role is to provide initial funding to companies and help them to scale and succeed.
Currently, I serve on the Board of Directors for three companies, where I provide strategic guidance and support. Additionally, I am responsible for managing the finance operations of QHRM Solution India, a leading technology company that is driving digital transformation in the region.

As a Country Manager with an MBA from Rome Business School, Italy, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Computer Studies Yangon, I lead a diverse team at QutiQ Myanmar Co., Ltd., consisting of sales professionals, business analysts, HR professionals, and marketing & management experts. In my role, I am responsible for developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and building client relationships.
With an entrepreneurship mindset, I possess strong leadership skills and strategic thinking abilities, am results-driven, proactive in identifying new business opportunities, and have the ability to manage risk effectively.

She holds MCA & MBA degree from Mumbai, India.
Skilled in Project Management, Business Analysis, Team Handling , and Strategic Planning. In addition, she has Strong finance professional with an Industrial& finance System (Associate level) focused in Overview of all modules in IFS (ERP), Inventory Management, Education System & HRMS. Her knowledge of finance systems and modules is valuable in managing the financial aspects of software projects. I am proficient in various types of testing, including functional testing, database testing, GUI testing, regression testing, and API testing.With my expertise in analyzing business specification documents, I am adept at designing and executing test cases. I have experience working with Agile methodology and actively participate in daily scrum meetings. Additionally, I have a strong understanding of defect tracking and bug reporting tools like Azure Devops.Throughout my career, I have gained experience in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to releasing to production.
