We are seeking a talented MERN Stack Senior Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team, where your skills and expertise will contribute to the ongoing transformation of HR management.
Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development:
Architect and develop robust and scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
Frontend Development:
Design and implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js.
Backend Development:
Develop server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
Database Management:
Design and implement database schemas using MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and efficient query performance.
API Integration:
Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
Code Reviews:
Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.
Performance Optimization:
Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Testing:
Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests to validate code quality.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Mentorship:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Requirements:
Proven Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in MERN stack development.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Database Expertise:
Solid understanding of database design and optimization principles, particularly with MongoDB.
Version Control:
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Responsive Design:
Demonstrated expertise in building responsive and cross-browser compatible web applications.
Agile Methodology:
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Problem Solving:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Communication:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
